Dead Front Printing: We can design and produce transparent or dead front display windows for your LCD and LED displays.
EMI/RFI Shielding: We’ll engineer shielding from EMI/RFI into any of your designs through a layer of metallized polyester or by screening a layer of selective graphite ink.
Backlighting: Douglas offers several options for backlit control and instrument panels designed for automotive, trucks, marine and electronics applications.
Surface mount component assembly: No matter how intricate your circuit boards and backplates, Douglas can handle it. We’ve manufactured and tested millions for global brands.
Circuit Termination: If your designs call for tail termination, we’ll provide it. Options include snap-fit connectors, solder tabs, or exposed silver tabs (.100″ centers typical).
